M&N Appoints Coach FESTUS A. ADEGOJU as Director Of Coaching Education Department.

M&N incorporation has intensified preparations ahead of the much-awaited coaching course that is slated for December 2021 in Nigeria.

M&N, under the Leadership of Japan-based Coach Bolarinwa Obalola Kobayashi has three arms of functions:

1. Players Management,
2. Coaching Training,
3. Football team.

The company, on Friday, October 8th, 2021, appointed Coach Festus Adeyeye ADEGOJU as the Director of the coaching Education.

The hardworking Coach is saddled with the responsibility, due to his rich credentials and wealth of experience in the field of sports and especially in football coaching and tutelage.

He has first degree in Zoology and a postgraduate diploma in teacher education. He proceeded to bag another first degree in human kinetics where he has a first class and a distinction at the masters level. He is also on his PhD programme in exercise physiology/sports medicine all at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Apart from Academic Degrees, he also possess professional licenses and Certificates some if which are: Confederation of African Football (A and C) Licenses, University of Ibadan certificates in Soccer and cricket.

He also has work experience with various organizations which includes: Technical Director ACE Football club, Ibadan, Evaluator (Biological Sciences) West African Examinations Council, Coach, Nigeria University Games Association: the University of Ibadan among others.

M&N accords him with the responsibilities of developing coaching Curriculum and Instruction of coaching courses that will be applicable across Nigeria and beyond among many other functions.

He is currently the Chairman, Nigeria Football Coaches Association (OYO STATE CHAPTER). He is also working in the capacity of getting Nigeria and African coaches compulsory UEFA coaching Badges and Licenses.

His first assignments will come up in December when the coaching course of the company M&N will take place. He will be in charge of the planning, organization, and execution of the programme.

M&N, as an organization has organized well-meaning coaching courses and programmes for grassroots coaches online.

M&N also has a football club which will participate in the round-robin competitions that will take the centre stage later in October 2021 in Nigeria.
