Nigeria born, Japanese based Bolarinwa Obalola also known as Kobayashi continued to make headlines in football both in Japan and Nigeria.
Despite living in Japan, Obalola has been popular among the grassroots coaches in the SouthWest of Nigeria following the series of online coaching courses he has organised for the aspiring gaffers.
To take his career to the next level, he was announced as the head coach of the Tokyo based team Zion FC on Thursday.
“Notice of appointment of Mr. Kobayashi Bolarinwa as top team manager
We would like to inform you that Obalola Kobayashi has been appointed as the manager of the top team,” the club confirmed.
The former Shooting Stars player possessed very rich credentials to secure the much coveted appointment:

2011: Bronze Coacching fitness condition License USA.
2017: JFA Coaching License
Zion FC is a club in the Tokyo League one and presently placed second on the league table.
Obalola is expected to resume work with the team with immediate effect as the club don’t want to leave any vacuum.
