Nigerian forward Ismaila Origbaajo has completed a move to Vietnam’s V. League, joining Becamex HCMC.

The 27-year-old began his professional career with Gateway United in 2016 before making the move to Japan. From 2019 to 2021, he played for Fukushima United, where he netted 25 goals in 66 appearances.
Ismaila then joined Kyoto Sanga in 2021, spending two seasons with the club, before being loaned to Moldovan outfit Sheriff Tiraspol in 2023.
This summer, he made the switch to Becamex HCMC from Japanese club Sagamihara, after spending the previous season at Tochigi. Ismaila has already found the back of the net in his debut appearance for his new team.
