The reputation of Nigeria’s junior internationals, Taiwo and Kehinde Sogelola, continues to grow in Japan following yet another impressive performance.
The talented duo, who joined Japanese school side Morioka earlier in 2024, have quickly established themselves as key members of the squad.
On Sunday evening, they played a pivotal role as Morioka secured a hard-fought victory over the highly-rated Amori Yamada regarded as the most dominant force in Japanese school football.
The win not only boosted Morioka’s profile but also further cemented the Sogelola twins as household names within the team.
Reports indicate that several J-League clubs are already expressing interest in signing the promising Nigerian pair.
